CCVillage is an online
early childhood resource for child care providers, preschool teachers, parents of young children and anyone else who cares for or teaches young children. |

CCVillage Membership includes activities to do with the children, food menus and printable business forms.

What else does the CCVillage website have to offer? |

CCVillage offers a free child care forum, which can be used by CCVillage members, as well as non-members. A separate username and password are necessary to use the forum.

I have found free activity resources on the internet. Why should I pay a fee to use CCVillage? |
|
|
There are many valuable resources on the internet. However, many caregivers have become discouraged by the long hours they spend searching for ideas and then testing activities. Members tell us that the small amount of money they spend on CCVillage membership is worth the valuable time they save.
By charging a small fee for each member, CCVillage can provide a more complete service. We plan an Activity Calendar, including a list of materials, arts & crafts, printable patterns, group activities, printable games, movement activities and a list of suggested reading to go with the weekly themes.
In addition, our members have access to hundreds of printable Activity Sheets, including mazes, printable games (file folder games, bingo, memory, etc.), preschool skill sheets,
sight cards and much more. Additional printables include achievement certificates, book marks, blank calendars and hundreds of coloring pages.
We don’t stop at activities either. CCVillage Membership includes printable business forms and food menus
to help simplify administrative duties and free up more of your time.

How do I cancel my membership? |
|

On every page of the CCVillage website, there is a “Contact Us” link. Click on that link and then fill in the form to send us an email or phone us at 631-473-6443.
When your membership is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This is how you can be sure that your email has reached us and that your cancellation is complete. This usually takes up to 24 hours. Do not assume that your membership has been cancelled until you receive this email.

I don’t have a credit card. How can I purchase a CCVillage Membership? |
|
|
At this time we only accept payment using a credit card or a debit card with a VISA or Mastercard logo.
Many banks issue debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo free to their customers.
|

How do I update my billing information? |
|
|
If you are updating a credit card expiration date only, you may do so by sending an email to billing@ccvillage.com.
DO NOT SEND A CREDIT CARD NUMBER THROUGH EMAIL. If you need to update the entire credit card number you would like us to bill or any other personal information, please phone us at 631-473-6443 or send an email to billing@ccvillage.com to let us know when would be the best time to reach you by phone.
